Technical consultancy
Blade and tower inspection
We carry out inspections with the use of rope access and a drone. Combining both methods gives maximum efficiency while reducing the time of a halt of a wind turbine. We carry out inspections inside and outside a rotor blade.
Repairing rotor blades
We make structural repairs of epoxy and polyester rotor blades for all categories of damage (1-5). We mount serration panels, vortex, 3M foil, spoilers and others.
LPS measurements
With the use of Megger device, we check if Lightning Protection System of the wind turbine works properly and wasn’t damaged.
Repairing towers
We carry out corrosion protection work for towers.
Fast reaction team
In the case of urgent repairs which demand rapid intervention, in 48 hours we can send the team which will reach the place with their own tools, power supply and materials needed for repair. The rotor blades which lie on the ground are repaired by us also in winter conditions.
Other services
We also carry out the other services demanding rope access including cleaning towers and sticking logo.
