Although the company Complex Blade Service was officially founded in 2018, our experience in rotor blade repair service is much bigger. We (me – the owner and people with whom I work) deal with inspection and repairing rotor blades from 2010. Work for many different clients, in different companies, in many places in Europe and worldwide taught us how to develop principles which enable repairing even the most complicated damage of polyester and epoxy blades. While working as a freelancer I had also many occasions to try my hand at being a leader of a team of technicians in large onshore and offshore projects. Opening my own rotor blades repair service was only a matter of time. Fortunately, I avoided one of the most important problems of employers: I didn’t wonder who I should employ. The choice was obvious. Former colleagues with whom I made dozens of repairs, people on whom I could always count and for their knowledge and skills I can vouch seemed to be the best possible choice. I hit the bull’s eye. I believe my people and I believe in quality assured by the companionate and experienced team.

In this way, I gathered 2 teams. We deal with repairing rotor blades of polyester and epoxy wind turbines produced by Vestas, Repower, GE, Nordex, Senvion, Furhlander, Gamesa and ENO Energy. We work in comply with GWO and IRATA certificates. Our skills are confirmed by certificates for work with composites. We repair also the serious damage from 4-5 categories. In particularly urgent notifications we start repairing even within 48 h!
